How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Since August 2022 we no longer have fixed shipping days. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

No VAT is indicated in the prices. Is this correct?

We are a Dutch company focused on the English market. In international trade, VAT is generally passed on to the buyer.

Can I order dried flowers that are not listed in the online store?

Yes, that is also possible. You can order dried flowers and preserved products via flower requests.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the delivered product?

If the flowers do not meet your expectations, we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you. If it doesn’t work, you’ll get your money back.

I would like to place a large order. How does it work?

If you would like to place orders over 300 bunches in total, or over 30 bunches per variety, it is best to contact us.

You say you have the best prices, but somewhere else is someone who has the same or even lower prices. How is this possible?

It is of course possible. In this flower business, everything depends on quality. We only deliver high quality.
