Shipping: We use the most recent shipping times, which is within 48 hours (working days). Of course, our goal is to ship a package the same day the order is placed. In the event that a product is missing or not in good condition and we will not send it, Dried Flower Wholesale will determine whether the product is available in stock or:

• The package will be shipped later
• Money for the default will be refunded

A deficiency can have various causes, namely:

• Inventory discrepancy due to incorrect numbers in boxes delivered to us
• Product quality is insufficient, so we do not sell the items because our high quality level

Shipping

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address; in case of error, additional costs will be borne by the customer. The package must be reshipped with additional shipping costs.

Damage and breakage:

We pack the flowers carefully. If there is any breakage during the shipping process, we will refund the damage after providing clear photos.

Vat

Since the UK is no longer part of Europe, VAT must be paid by the buyer during the procedure associated with importing outside the EU, which you do when you order from us.

Products:

Despite our careful product description, a product may differ from the description or photo. Of course, this applies within certain limits of what is tolerable or not. The indicated weight may also vary up or down.
